The Rehabilitation of Roads to Basse represents one of Zen Construction's most significant infrastructure undertakings, demonstrating our capability to restore and extend the life of critical transportation corridors across The Gambia. Spanning 95.87 kilometers, this extensive rehabilitation project was completed for the Government of The Gambia between 2016 and 2023, with a contract value of USD 70,575,948.

The development features a world-class hotel complex, luxury serviced apartments, leisure facilities, landscaped gardens, riverside relaxation spaces, and resort-style amenities carefully designed to deliver comfort, sophistication, and unforgettable experiences. Inspired by modern African architecture, every detail reflects innovation, sustainability, and timeless design excellence.

Currently under development, the project is scheduled for completion in 2029 and is expected to become one of the most prestigious riverfront hospitality and residential destinations in The Gambia.
