The North Bank Road Project represents another significant achievement in Zen Construction's infrastructure portfolio, showcasing our capacity to deliver complex roadworks that connect communities across The Gambia. Spanning 67 kilometers, this vital transportation corridor was completed for the Government of The Gambia between 2018 and 2021, with a contract value of GMD 1.7 Billion.

Our comprehensive scope included excavation works, road layer preparation, and the construction of a 10-meter bridge crossing critical waterways. Additional elements encompassed embankment stabilization, stone pitching for erosion control, pedestrian footpaths, and solar-powered streetlights—demonstrating our commitment to sustainable infrastructure that serves both transportation needs and community safety.

The project was successfully delivered on schedule, reinforcing Zen Construction's reputation for reliability and technical excellence. This landmark road continues to enhance trade, mobility, and quality of life for communities along the North Bank region.
